This program involves recruiting students from premier engineering and management institutes who choose to pursue their careers with JK Tyre, right after they graduate from their institution. The objective of hiring is to nurture and groom them to be the leaders of tomorrow. The day they are onboard, the company ensures that necessary inputs are provided in terms of holistic development which includes managerial, cross functional & cross business exposure, and in depth technical understanding. It helps them develop domain expertise and equips them with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles. It also lays the foundation for their growth and development as business leaders. JK Tyre hires for the following positions:


  • Management Trainee: We hire them for functions like – Marketing & Sales, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain Management, Operations & Materials, etc.
  • Graduate Engineer Trainees: We hire them for functions like – Production, Engineering, Research & Development, Product Development, etc.
  • Sales Trainees - We hire them for the Sales department
  • Officer Trainees - We hire them for Support Management functions.

To hire engineers, management professionals, etc., JK Tyre targets the premier engineering schools and B-schools. The hiring process starts by shortlisting the top institutes and visiting them. Then the application screening takes place to find the best students of the institute. It is followed by group discussions, case study analysis or aptitude tests, whichever is applicable to the relevant positions. The selected candidates then appear for interviews with the technical and HR professionals after psychometric tests. Finally the best candidates are selected. They are given offers and they come onboard.
